I rented the trailer for 4 days, but said I would likely return it early. I was told if I wanted, I could drop it off at night, if before Monday. I returned it Sunday evening, and it took 4 days before my bank account was debited, BUT, I was charged an extra 20 dollars. I went in person, because I never received a contract showing only 3 days on it, in fact, I did not get any new paperwork until I went up there and spoke to someone in person. I got a lot of run around because of computer issues, can't get my contract, etc……. And when I finally get a copy in my email I see I am charged a “freakin convenience feeâ€!!!! What the Hell! I could have just as easy waited till the next morning and taken it back and not paid this Damn fee. I was told if I drop it off early at night, cameras would see me, and the time would be taken, and would ONLY be charged for the time I used it. I used it 2-1/2 days out of 4, so I expected to be charged for 3 days, but not an extra fee because I dropped it of earlier than expected. This is absolute garbage, and I expect this to be credited back to me, or I will contact my credit union and dispute it. I was verbally told it would only be for the days I used it, and dropping it off at night was no problem. I am not going to pay for someone else not doing anything, and getting equipment back earlier than expected. My review is “kindâ€, but will change if need be.

Micheal R.When the customer reservation says pickup at 8PM you have the equipment ready, you don't make a customer sit on hold for 74 min just to talk to someone and when you pick up you don't hang up on them, you also don't disconnect constantly on chat with a customer whom waits for 15 min. ...the next day at 9am the rep said a girl named Monica, her boss didn't care that I was pissed and had to cancel my movers, the rep also mentioned they don't rent vehicles with pickups after hours. When I finally get the truck I'm told the dolly I rented is not available, nor an appliance dolly or furniture mover....nothing available, so I have to cancel my movers due to not being able to pick up as scheduled and spend 74 dollars on a dolly at Lowes again because U-Haul failed to have equipment on hand.

john S.I was over charged for my Uhaul due to inadequate logging of gas and mileage thru the Uhaul rep. When I received the truck, it had different mileage and gas logs than what was actually on the paper. Called in to verify with Raul that this wouldn't be a problem and he guaranteed it wouldn't and yet I was still overcharged by almost $220. This in unacceptable and I will make sure to never recommend this place to anyone I know.

Tina H.One of the personnel was helpful. The other called my mother about some yellow paint on the trailer, which he stated was still hooked to the truck over 24 hours after we dropped it off. So my mother went to the location, less than 10 minutes after that call. The trailer was unhooked and there were new chains on it. It seems unlikely that he unhooked the trailer and changed the chins in about 5 minutes. And that yellow paint on the trailer did not come from us. He was hassling here unnecessarily.

I tried to call customer service but the hold was 15-20 minutes and after 3 tries I gave up. Called this morning and Marion Foley was great. She helped a lot and was very friendly.
