Awful experience. I had booked at a location near me and had a phone confirmation at the time. The day before a stressful move, I get a call that the location I selected doesn’t have my equipment, so they move me to a different location. I show up at my scheduled pick up time, and no one is there. A woman opens the building 10 minutes later, I go inside and she takes 45 mins to figure out my booking. Completely Unacceptable. The truck was filthy when I picked it up and there was a dolly in the back I do not order. The fact I had to move locations cost me an extra $120.00; not my choice. I will not be using U-Haul again
