Sadly is the only U-haul in Parsons, KS. The office was closed, nobody was there to receive the truck,no body answered the phone, I had to use the chat on the U-haul app to inform the drop off of the truck, I had to take pictures of the facilities and the truck to prove I dropped off the truck in the U-haul located at 3280 Main St. Parsons, KS 67357. I hope I never have to use that location again.

They had after hours phone numbers, which I called and was given instructions to leave the trailer, and they would come to the store in about an hour. In less than an hour I received an e-mail telling me everything was OK, and attached a final receipt. It is nice having a U-Haul store near me.

Tracy HI rated the location as average because it's in the process of being renovated. The person renting the truck was very nice and did a great job. I know this will become an excellent site. I noted the truck not clean/well maintained because I had a tire blowout the entire sidewall. It was clean but the tire failure would seem to be a maintenance issue since the tire had a complete failure. To be fair, I don't know if this could be detected or not prior to the failure.
