The store manager did not believe I had made the reservation at first, despite me showing him the verified information on my phone, asked me to pay AGAIN, and then refused to give me the keys for the truck that I actually rented. I rented a 15 foot truck and he only provided me with the 10 foot. I do not recommend this location one bit.

Mohammad was nasty. When renting, he was having problems logging into the sight and made me wait 20 mins while he called someone else to help him. I tried to guide him through the process to make it fast and he kept saying, “One minute, ma’am.” When I returned the truck, the location was closed on Sunday. I went through the app to return and called the U-Haul support number. There was no drop box so I had to leave the truck and then take the key and return it the next day when he was opened. Then he tried to tell me that I was suppose to return it Monday instead of Sunday. When I gave him the key, he said, “please, don’t come here again to rent.” I quickly replied, “ No problem, I’ll NEVER come here again.” So needless to said, this guy is Nasty. Beware. The truck was disgusting. I tried to clean it but it didn’t help. Too much spilled drinks dripping down the console. Inside the box was not swept well and I made sure the extra pens and dirt was swept out before I returned it. The truck also needed maintenance. The brakes were sticking. The wiper blades were so old they didn’t even wipe clearly. The steering was so loose that I had to constantly make adjustments on the highway. The weatherstripping on the driver’s side was so wore that it sounded like I was driving with the window down the whole time. All-in-All not a great experience. I will not be returning this location and I will be going to a corporate location because I have never had a bad experience there
