David RittenhouseMy issue was with my drop off and U-haul's customer service. I was contacted by "Dolphin auto" and told not to drop the trailer at that location. I called uhaul customer support and was transferred multiple times on multiple calls to try and get someone to tell me where I need to drop it off. I was unable to get an answer from anyone, further the app said I would be charged extra if I dropped in a location other than I was assigned. I dropped the trailer after hours at the Dolphin auto location and received a less than pleasant call at 06:30 from the dolphin auto owner complaining about dropping in his yard. This is unacceptable. If there is an issue with a drop location, it should be handled by uhaul personnel not thrown in the customer's lap to deal with, especially off hours when its difficult to get a hold of anyone. I'm dissatisfied and will not be using uhaul from this point forward.

Jimmie WaggonerDrop off after hours, so the place was lock up tight. I managed to park the truck as closed as possible not to block the gate and off the roads. Lucky was enough room to make this happen with a 26. The return process online was simple, and the drop was easy to find.

DAVID LEDUCI was given a trailer with no license plate to travel from Sebastian Fl to MI. When I went back to see if they had one they told me no I would have to make the trip without one.. I went on line to UHaul and was sent a temporary plate I had to print and mount on trailer. They also sent a actual plate to Reed City

Dave SteinThis location was great, they unfortunatley did not have the furniture dolly's that I needed, but he was great in explaining everything to me. NOTE: This location is not responsible for the horrible experience I actually had, so I didn't want them to get ding for it because they did a great job. However I would like someone from U-haul to call me to discuss a refund or at the very lest a portial refund, because my truck that was supposed to be ready was NOT amd I was sent to 3 location to actually get the truck needed and still didnt get the equiptment needed. I had to reschedule pickup with the place I was buying my furiture from to the next day. This added cost to me needing to spend the night and losing an entire day of my time.......I am not a happy customer and based on this experience I'm not sure I would ever recomend U-haul to anyone. Phillip RaultVery poorly ran !!!! Brought truck back 5 mins before end of rental truck was walked around and inspected. I was told everything was good . Thank you . I get a call and text the next morning saying it’s still open and I’m being charged for the rental cause it wasn’t closed out: and that he is going to have to charge me an additional 19.99 for another day. So how does a 19.99 rental go to $90 dollars in a day . I over fueled it on top of that I didn’t even use $10 worth of gas and was told I went over on mileage. Poorly ran shot hole

CORY BLANTONThe location I was given for drop off did not exist. I searched for 20 minutes and couldn’t find it. Finally called the 800 number and they couldn’t help me find it. Drove to another drop off location that I had used before. They refused to take the trailer because they didn’t have room. Finally found a third location that was almost an hour away who would take it. I will be requesting a full refund for all of the issues I had. Also upset that the rental cost me 3 times what it cost last year. Very disappointed with UHaul!

Daniel JohnsonIt's a dump and the trailer had mold inside. Bad enough to give me an instant headache. Then they lost it the trailer, emailing me asking where it was. I returned it the day after renting it to the same place I picked up at.

DAVY MOOREBoth pick up and drop off places were fine & helpful. I will be filing a complaint about the change of drop off place made from my original contract & the drop off of the most recent...the original drop (Caraf Vero 20) off was 30 mins from where we were, we drove there and they did not have an order, so I logged into my account and found it was changed to Unique Cars on Rt 1, so we drove another 30 mins to that location and they told us they no longer accept them. They headed us toward Dolphin where the gentleman was great and took the tow dolly and fixed all the problems. The complaint I have is over an hours worth of time & gas was wasted because U-Haul couldn't get it right.

ASHTON JEFFERSWhoever does their U-Haul invoices need a lot of training & help. I picked the trailer up late Friday afternoon because they going to be closed Saturday, Sunday & Monday. I returned the trailer Saturday around 1:00PM. The business was closed except there was an employee (Ken) working on his car. Ken told me Friday if I wanted to bring the trailer back Saturday and he was there, bring it back.
