My reservation was not in system, for the day I needed to pickup truck. I spoke with rep the day before and she acknowledged my reservation dates. When I showed up person at location had no idea how the Uhaul system worked. He tried very hard to get me my rental truck after making multiple phone calls. He was successful, but it took well over an over hour to complete and I was delayed.

I personally don't think that you need to improve anything. I have rented stuff from you guys before and haven't never had any problems. I will keep using u-haul for all my needs. And if anybody needs to rent something, I will send them to u haul. Thanks for being there for us. Great job great equipment.

The gentleman asked for my keys said he would connect the trailer to my truck while the woman and I did the paperwork. I pulled away happy.. But at a stop along my way I noticed my 3rd led brake light 4flat plug was unsecured and had dragged the end off his fault, unplugging it and not securing it 75.00 accessory unusable now. Claim???

I think it was ridiculous that I got charged $14 for gas when I only went a total of 22 miles but my fault for not putting gas in it I probably won't use the Uhaul next time

1st truck had binding of rear brakes. Called rental people brought it back. Rear hub one side really hot. 2nd truck they gave us drove 3 miles to gas station since had 1/8th of tank. Checking fluids had NO OIL showing on dip stick! Called again. They said to drive it back to location. I said no since I didn't want to be responsible for blowing up motor. They came down with 1 qt of oil. Had to buy 2 more quarts of oil at gas station! Now I have filled 2 trucks with fuel and can't use truck! The place where we rented it said they did check both trucks out before I took them! I don't think so. Now I am out $80 plus dollars for fuel in 1st truck that I couldn't use. If it had been my wife or anyone else, both trucks would have broken down on highway. Normally people take the rental place word that they checked the trucks for oil and running properly. I am very very very very upset. The rental place said take it up with drop off location. They were closed even though when I checked the website and uhall it said they were supposed to be open Sat. Dec 21st until 6pm. We were there at 1pm. closed ! How do I get my $80 for fuel back? Please contact me at: flbonnieheck@yahoo.com

Not locations fault but the truck had a serious transmission leak. We didn't know it until the truck was parked at our destination. It was smoking from underneath and developed a large puddle of transmission oil in our new driveway. We unloaded and the truck made it to the return location ok. Return location was notified of the problem. Driveway stain wont clean up. Overall though everything else was good.

Nothing. Went as smooth as could be expected. Dealer completely set up equipment and instructed me on the dismantle procedure. Very friendly and customer oriented.
