My experience once I got to this location was fine. However, my original reservation was at a different location over 10 miles away and no one was there to give me the equipment. I spent 30 minutes calling U-Haul and trying to find another location that I could pick a trailer up at. Overall, it was a frustrating and very bad experience.

The owner operator at this location was amazing. She was very helpful. One of the best customer service experiences I have had ever at U-Haul. Would use her again for my moving needs.
