It was the only drop off location in the arrington no one came out to greet me when I went inside they just kind of stared at me like I was some weirdo when I told them that they're sounded like to be some issues after I had already left my pickup location they just stared at me like I was some weirdo not very attentiveRACHEL S.

I had problems from day1. Scheduled for a Saturday pick up but the dealer wasn't open on Saturdays. Check engine light came on which delayed us 2 days & had to take it somewhere to have it diagnosed. Had to have it towed when I arrived at destination. I actually think I should get money back for the inconvenienceLinda H.

Broken mirror,smoker oil on all windows- front end feels like it may need an alignment I rented a 26' er and on the road it did ok , other than the shakes til 70mph . I reserved a truck in Silver Springs , Nv but was told the day before that one was not available- I had to pick it up in Yerington'- 25 miles away- - they gave me extra miles and an extra day for my trouble ( didn't need either) People were very busy at rental and business like- will rent from uhaul in future as in the past has been great - just not from this locationPEGGY T.

I reserved the truck for pick-up in Spanish Springs, less than 1,000 feet from my office. Imagine my surprise when my equipment was 75 miles away (150 miles total). For the next customer, have the equipment at the location for which it was reserved.JOHN SHELDON W.

More of a lead time for the notification that i wasn't getting a truck close by. 24 hours is not enough. I was packing our house by myself. I had to arrange transportation and take an extra 3 hours to retrieve the 26ft truck that I needed.Mark Y.

I was charged an additional day, even though I dropped the trailer off prior to 10:00 a.m, which was the scheduled drop-off time. The requested drop-off location in Silver Springs was 30 miles away, even though I requested to drop the trailer off in Yerington. The owner was supposed to meet me at 10:00 a.m., but he did not show up. It is too bad that Ace Hardware stopped renting trailers. The owner of Ace Hardware was extremely fair. Double A is closed on week-ends & they do not provide the level of service that Ace Hardware did. Double A will nickel & dime you. They seem to not care. I will not be using U-Haul again. There were no trailers other than the one in Fernley to rent. What happened to all of the U-Haul trailers, especially the 5' x 8' trailers? They are no where to be found. The only trailer we could find was the 6' x 12' trailer in Fernley. There were 0 trailers available in Yerington, Fallon, Carson City & Reno.James W.
The gentleman put the wrong time that I picked up the U-Haul on the paperwork therefore it is yet costing me $57 more because I couldn't get it there in time and by the time I was able to do that there was no one at the location to take it.ELLA LOUISE W.

Too many problems to list from the time I picked up the truck/ auto transport to the time I dropped the units off. I will have to write a detailed letter of complaint to the corporate office, which I will do mid week. This letter will go straight up to the CEO. I will tell you this, "Paddy", from the office in Carson City should not be in a position of customer service....at all !!! I spoke with 6 different people, total 2.5 hours, 3 different phone calls, over a 2 day period to resolve my issues. It was so bad that I almost called an investigative reporter from Channel 13 news to see if she would air my story on the news, along with any and all sister stations. The only thing that went well was the equipment was well maintained, ran well. Please expect a full detailed letter from myself that will go straight up to the top.Joseph G.

Closed on the weekend so drop-off must be done onsite online using a smartphone. It was not difficult. There was plenty of parking and a key drop-off box. The truck was left in the same or better condition than when it was picked up as well as with more gas than required. Overall a good experience.Cathy E.
