I cannot say enough good things about the ladies at Double Eagle Storage. They went beyond to be sure I got the truck I needed and made the pickup and drop off effortless. They answered all my questions and gave helpful suggestions. The truck was well maintained and was easy to drive even when fully loaded. This was a class A experience.

A Great overall experience Location, inside and outside, warm and Very Pleasant staff, I did notice a small plaque that read " We are Awesome" that I certainly agree with. Yes I will recommend this location to Truck rentals. 👍

Brian CI spoke with a representative from Double Eagle Storage on the 26th to ensure that the furniture pads were available and would be on the truck they said that they would be I also called and left a message twice on Wednesday no one ever returned my call of course I go to pick up the truck no pads and the back of the truck was dirty I had to find another dealer to rent pads that I had already been charged for at Double Eagle so that put me behind on my move and the customer even complained about the dirt on the back of the truck

Jorge BThe only compliant I have is we requested and paid for blankets with our online reservation. Although, it was made online; the reservation was made night before and we did not pickup truck until next after hours. Therefore, rental site had all day to supply blankets. However, when we mention to them about not having them, we were told we had to take it up with online customer service, as they are not responsible for reservations after hours and would not been able to supply blankets. Remind you reservations was made day before and was not picked up until next day after hours. A whole business hour day went by, and they did not acknowledge our rental. They continue to rebuttal due to it been reserved online they have no vision of online reservations. It seems pointless to be a U-Haul rental service affiliated and not have visual of online orders. Just know if you need equipment make sure your rental is picked up during business hours, so they can assist you.
marco pYour UI for your app, explanation of how the “referral” system works, and your on the phone customer service is sub par. I had to wait over 45 minutes to pick up the truck for a verification because the application wasn’t showing the chat from the customer service agent that was trying to tell me I have an out of state license and I need 2 different verification sources. We called customer service, and again, we’re not told we needed 2 different verification options, and the rep was very short and standoffish. It would’ve been nice to be immediately told I need 2 different verification sources if I’m an “out of state” renter up front, and save us time.
Armin MThe truck was clean and ready to go. However, it was a little difficult to lock the back gate and the check engine light was on doe most of the trip. The UHAUL representative was nice to show me how to close the gate properly. Overall, the truck was useful for the local move.

JUSTIN LUsing the iphone check-in procedure for the first time, I was a bit annoyed that the UHaul website instructed me to bring my driver’s license and location enabled phone - yet, when I arrived needed to have some sort of verification like a passport, employer contact , others. Whay was this not told to me beforehand?? I also found that the website didn’t work for check-in, telling me that I was not at the right location - once I uploaded the app, the process worked perfectly. It is a great system, however, just a bit more info should be provided up front to make it a less frustrating experience.

They checked the truck in when I completed the moving task. Of three truck rental locations I have been in recently, Double Eagle Storage stands head and shoulders above the other two!

When I got there, I went to online check out and there was a totally different location listed. I called again and she did change it. Other than that, I checked in on the app and the process was fine.
