Personal not helpful only because we dropped off after hours
Todd SI specifically told the woman Jolene is her name that I was returning the equipment in Texas and I spoke to her several times and they have now charged me over $500 I will NEVER use this establishment again

bill tNothing at this facility. But I reserved a trailer to be picked up in Cheyenne WY, not Pine Bluffs. Uhaul called the day before my reservation and said we would have to go to Pine Bluffs to pick up the trailer.

Leo UI had to drive from Colorado to pick up rental truck very bad wind storm across WYO. Rental truck bad bounce in front end very long bouncy ride. not fun
