Everything was good except for the app wouldn’t accept the pics at first so I had to call customer support to send a link to take the pics of the truck before I took off. Other than that everything was good and convenient.

You need to stop doing business with this fraudulent place. I expected to see an employee, but nobody was there when I pick up & dropped off the truck. Everything was done by phone, the worse came up when I was charge through my credit card with false bill details such as reporting the gas tank was empty when I returned with a quarter of tank. I personal recommend to do business with a local U-Haul station where you have better attendance.

Eduardo SU-Haul was dirty both front and back side. Did not receive a code for the lock box until I had called and during that called there was no mention of being refunded for the dolly that was not in the U-haul. The U-Haul also had no gas due to it being siphoned
Madison DFurniture dolly, utility dolly, and Furniture pads were not included as ordered. Less than half a tank of gas. Once the key was received no instructions on where the truck was parked, had to walk around the block to find it.
