Everything was pretty good equipment wise. The only thing I didn’t like is I had terrible service in that location and your app wasn’t working right it kept shutting off on me when I was trying to return the equipment.

Lease said to call the number provided when returned but it gave me an automated system and when I finally got in touch with someone it was a wrong number

Revamp the whole U Haul app !! Will be hesitant to ever depend on it again! It took 2 phones and customer service on the phone to finish the rental.

The truck was almost out of gas when I got into the truck I have a pic of the gas hand before I even drove a mile in it it had 34 miles till empty on it

We were not Informed about setting up an account, so the drop off was confusing.

Well one thing is the lock boxes where they put the keys was very hard to get open. Had to jerk the lock back and forth to get it loose.

This was my first time using the mobile 24/7 option. It was very confusing at first and clear instructions were not provided on where the location lock box and scan code was. After finding it and completing the steps, it took 20 minutes to get approved when I had already taken time to enter info on the front end. We were about 45 minutes off schedule.

Uhaul was nasty! Cigarette in door handle and behind seat. Filthy inside. Sticky stuff spilled down shift and dash and side of seat. Cargo area was disgusting. Dried mud and what looked like oil splatters and inside I found multiple roofing nails along with some miscellaneous batteries and such. Worst experience!
