Called on the phone for assistance, went to voicemail. I did see they only had one person working after I got there but it would have helped if I was able to get in touch with someone beforehand. Office was suppose to open at 9:00. I arrived with the trailer (6x12) at 8:40 and sat until 9:20 when someone showed up, although the gate was open the entire time. I then had to unload the trailer off my hitch manually (a 66 year old man (me) lifted the trailer off the hitch and rolled it back far enough to drive out from under it). No assistance from office staff was available nor were lift devices available to lift the trailer off the hitch.David H.

The bed of truck was covered in broken glass and mud. The cab literally had water standing in the door arm rest and the cup holders were full of water and spilled stickey syrup. The middle seat was covered in dried mud. Took me an hour to clean. The dealership was top notch. Whoever had truck before me should be charged for such a mess. I swept all the glad s and mud in one corner hopping someone would notice and call or text. I've heard nothing and still charged full price. Just sad that I had to do all that.Anthony W.

Truck was not to the correct fill level when picked up according to contract. The agent did not change when I pointed it out and said just let them know when you drop it off. Also the time it took to get the truck paperwork done was too long. It should be printed and ready to go when picking up. The gentleman who worked there was real nice.Glenn D.

It ended up pouring rain the day i had to move and the uhaul got stuck pretty bad. When i called the uhaul number for help the agent was awesome and it was excellent customer service but for me to get pulled 2 feet to the right with one of the tow companies uhaul deals with it was going to cost 250.00 and was over an hour away!! I would suggest adding more local towing options for people that arent so expensive. I ended up calling Waldrop Wreckers in stevenson alabama and he was there within 30 minutes and only charged 55.00.Sarah D.

They called me stating they couldn't meet my the time on my reservation (4pm) because they had training class in Huntsville...so they asked me to pick it up early that morning (8am)I asked would I be charged extra cuz I couldn't return it til Thursday at 4pm (per the reservation) and they said 'no'. When I went to the place to pick-up the truck - th guy was very rude - very unfriendly. When I went to take the truck back in East Ridge the next day - they wanted to charge me an exra day - cause the time on the reservation said Thursday at 11pm instead of 4pm. I explained to the Manager at the East Ridge location - and he said he wouldn't charge me.SHARI B.
