Wash windshield and mirrors and tighten up side view mirrors so they don’t move while traveling. The inside was not as clean as expected ….a few leaves and loose dirt.

Truck needed some small maintenance (actuators on the air conditioning to switch from defrost to vents and the sun visor were broken) but was overall great for what we needed. Staff were kind and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend again.

The location on the information sheet took us to the back of the building, not the front which was a bit weird for us- very industrial area- weird spot to pick up a U-Haul! The man/ person in charge was Amazing! He was very thorough and very nice! Super easy to work with. Super helpful. I would rate this store as Excellent-100% for the employee- not the actual location
