reservation was switched and we were never told. she called to confirm our reservation, but never told us that the location was changed. then she was not strong enough to mount the trailer, and I had to help, don't know why we paid the $7!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Michael DI wasn't able to rent the truck using the mobile app. First problem, the pick up location had changed from the original location to this one. No one notified me of this. When the lady from this location called the previous day, she had the pick up time being 10:00. My pickup time was to be 9:00 a.m. She told me that was fine, and I could even get it earlier, just use the app. Also, she didn't tell me the new address. She did say Her store doesn't open until 10:00a.m. I drive to the original location, and then had to drive this location. BUT the pick up time is still saying 10:00a.m. so app is not giving me the "PICK UP MY TRUCK" option. I call uhaul, well, they keep asking for pictures of drivers license and driver. I take those pictures numerous times. Nothing is working. Then finally they change the pick up time to 9:00 so I can get the "PICK UP MY TRUCK" option. The pictures aren't going through. The person at uhaul chat, hangs up on me. I call and get someone else. Finally they tell me the driver has to take his sunglasses off, to take the picture. We take another picture. Things are still not going through. They finally tell me, I'll just have to wait until the store is open, and go inside. On the door, it says the store opens at 9:30, the lady working there calls me, and lets me know they don't open till 10:00, BUT she is running late and it will be another 15 to 20 minutes before she arrives. She finally gets there, and of course everything goes through then. BUT By then, it has been 2&1/2 hours since I left my home to pick up this truck. TWO AND A HALF HOURS!!!! That is unacceptable.
Jose MThe trailer was in bad shape. it was old and the latch was rusty. The staff was very helpful so I would recommend them in that regard but the trailer was so rundown I felt it was unsafe to use.

John MGreat location and the service was excellent. The yard was small as it is located near downtown Colorado Springs, and it made getting the trailer out of the lot challenging. I would recommend allowing for extra time to get your rental due to the space constraints.
