I have used U-Haul many times this place has to be the worst. Not only are they rude. They actually hollered at me because I was looking for somebody to help me with the trailer. They told me outright I have to do it myself. I did not know that. Next time I will look for alternative places to rent a trailer cause even a drop off was just as bad. I'm a senior citizen. I should not be hooking up andunhooking a big trailer by myself. That is ridiculous.

The first guy I interacted with me "told me" where to put it, walked me out there an pointed the spot. When I told him that I could not back a trailer, he told me again where it needed to be, which would require backing. I just told him I would figure it out. I was successful in backing it pretty close to where it needed to be. I unhooked it, I picked it up by the neck and maneuvered it into place manually. Only after all of this was done did someone come out and offer to help. I told him I was under the impression help wasn't coming and just took care of it myself. I'm a middle-aged female, albeit very capable. I was left to do this all on my own, IN FLIPFLOPS because I didn't realize I was going to have to do this on my own. Very nearly dropped the trailer neck on my foot while unhooking. I would presume a large share of your target audience is novice trailer people, a lot of which cannot back up a trailer. This location is very near my house, but there is another location I have frequented that is VERY helpful. They hookup and check everything for you. They unhook, take care of the equipment and send you on your way. I will go back there next time. Will not return here.

I booked a truck for this location and upon arrival was told that size was unavailable. What was available and offered to me instead was dirty on the inside. The steering wheel was dirty and so was the center console.

The uhaul truck was not clean and the windshield had bug remains covering it that was so thick that not even the windshield wiper fluid could clean it. A definite safety hazard if not careful.
