I did not have a pleasant experience this last time, I used two trucks this weekend and both of them did not have the left headlights working. I had to drive on the highway with high beams on at all times. I received a text message saying that the address for the return of the last truck was changing and so we did. The next day my father had to return to that address since we accidentally forgot the keys to the house there. The people in charge of that location became a little aggressive with my parents when they complained about why we had left the truck there, that that was not the correct address and that we were going to be fined 400 dollars. My parents don't speak English, they had to call me at work so I could talk to them, I explained the reasons and after several minutes of arguing with them, they understood. I believe that we, as frequent customers, have no need to go through these uncomfortable and unnecessary situations. If you make address changes for the return of a unit, please consider letting your employees, partners or whatever they may be aware of.

I had to run around the entire plot just to get the keys. After getting the keys, my contract didn't even start. It started 3 hours after I delivered my truck, suggesting that I was using it for more hours than noted. On top of that, I didn't ask for the coverage which was automatically added in my receipt.
