Keys were in the wrong lockbox, so phone call had to be made to customer service. So hour wasted. Then the office says open at 10 no one available and phone number on office went to voice mail. Did finally get a call from the owner at 1020 am saying the keys were in box 3 not 1. Success, truck was clean and drove fine. Put the keys in the right lockbox and don't claim to have a open office if not planning on being there.
