We rent from U-Haul at least 12 times a year. This was the worse time check in. We waited 44 minutes to check in. The women at the counter was the worst.

Robert Ptruck was nice and newer, however, we were shorted a dozen moving blankets and didn't have enough to cover all of my furniture. we didn't have enough time to go back to the rental location, and some of my furniture got damaged during the move
