Rental was not clean . Grimy steering wheel and seats. Gentleman working was not familiar with rentals and had to call two different people to find help and didn’t seem to get answers. My daughter and I figured it out after 45 minutes in the uhaul app. I have rented uhaul numerous times and this was by far the worst. I would like a call from a manager and a refund for my rental. Thank you

Our location was changed by UHaul. We arrived at the new location, no one was there and it was hard to figure out where to go for a key. We had trouble getting the key out once we found it (box rusty). Back of the truck had old Q-tips in it (gross). The truck had no dolly and our 12 blankets weren’t there. The driver side mirror was broken, making for a rough drive to Illinois. The person in charge showed up as we were pulling away, 30 minutes late for our move. Do you know moving is stressful without any hiccups? UHaul made the day more stressful. Our hired movers (recommended by you), were 2 hours late because their previous customer had delays getting their truck as well. P.S. Only half a tank of gas to start our day so we had to gas up twice. That was pretty annoying too.
