The owners fabricated documents in my name to charge me money. Over $1600. I have receipts and emails to prove that the owners of Drive thru Feed falsified my card information and charged my debit card without my authorization. Refund me NOWDon M.

The sole worker (whose name I didn't get) went WAY out of his way to check in my rental several minutes after closing, as I caught him on his way out and literally begged him to please check me in. (I needed my car, which was inside the closed gate, to get home.) I've used Uhaul often over the years, but I can't express how much it meant that he was willing to go the extra mile because of a situation that was totally my doing. I am moving to the area soon and will actively look forward to any chance to work with this Uhaul branch, and really want to heap any praise on them - and particularly on this worker - that I can. The floor was dirty and the roll up door was bone dry and needing lubed. I lubed the door and laid down plastic on the floor. But Connor at the drive thru feed place came in on his day off to rent me the trailer, he was awesome for doing so. Can you guys hook him up with a gift card or something. Thanks.Nichole M.

This place is awesome but your people that make reservations are terrible. They had everything messed up I called to fix it they said it was taken care when it wasn't. There is a problem with the locations suggestions made by the 800 number assistant. I asked for a truck to be rented from the gig harbor point fosdick location. After a brief wait, I was given a truck on Anderson Island which is nowhere near gig harbor and on an island reachable only by ferry. Then I was given 2 locations in Tacoma which requires 2 bridge tolls to reach and return the truck. Finally I was given a truck at the site I requested. But when we checks before heading out to pick it up, we found it to be 15 miles from home on KeyPenninsula, rather than at the Point Fosdick location. This whole rental arrangement was irritating! We did get the distant truck and paid an extra 30 miles of mileage charges. Not happy.Elizabeth M.

The current amount of available 5x10 and 6x12 trailers in the Tacoma/Seattle to rent for a week is HORRIBLE. We paid almost 4 TIMES MORE to bring a trailer one way (which helps Uhaul's inventory) than what we would have paid for a local 8-day rental. The reservation line was ZERO help, and I spoke with them twice. Told me I could pick up a trailer in another state if I drove 2 hours ONE WAY, completely out of the direction of travel. Oh, and I'd have to drive almost 7 hours ONE WAY to drop it back off in that state! Yeah, THAT makes sense... If you REALLY want to improve things for the next customer, make sure your inventory is available everywhere, not just in mass quantity in some states. And why only 4 drop off locations to choose from?! Lots of Uhaul dealers around, but we have to drive 30+ minutes to drop off the trailer. That's unacceptable. The issues we encountered had nothing to do with the pick-up or drop-off locations. It was available inventory and rates we had to pay due to the lack of inventory.Fred B.

Very friendly, but internet barely worked so it took about 20 minutes to get a signal to process my paperwork. Straps were ripped and frayed. I was told they should've been changed. Its a pretty long drive to get to to find out the internet service barely works.jeff K.
We were given the wrong return location and my original reservation was never confirmed, so we had to drive 4 hours round trip to gig harbor because I booked movers. The truck leaked and many items got wet. Then, the receipt sent after we picked up the truck gave the wrong drop off location. It was pretty much a nightmare. The people who helped us were all doing the best they could with terrible tools and rules created by your company.Joshua S.

Absolutely, I would drive the hour plus out of my way to visit these fine folks again. My local uhaul in Tacoma was 5 minutes from my house, the owner/manager of Destination Uhaul, Mary (I think) was extremely rude and had I not been desperate for the trailer rental I would have done something different. I have a medical reason for not wearing a mask and she told me she has a right to refuse me service. If I had not had such great service from the regional office and the location that was a 2+ hour round trip I may have never used uhaul again. Not sure if they can strip a franchise but they should take her location off the web and make it difficult for people to find. I am still considering calling the ADA and reporting this violation of the ADA act.Scott D.

The woman forgot to the put the dolly we ordered (and paid extra for) into the truck we rented. This resulted in me having to take almost an hour away (25 min drive each way) from our moving schedule. We had everything coordinated and paid for additional services (hired movers, childcare) but lost an hour of my time in order to pick up the dolly she forgot to put in the truck. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was quite the inconvenience and had financial ramifications. She should have at the least removed the dolly from our bill, but wouldn't.
