Jose PWhen I arrived at the store, J was welcoming and professional. It was only when J charged my card without my permission & without my presence and I voiced my concerns is when the good service vanished. His facial expression turned downward like it was his money. I had to ask how much was the extension. You don't authorize anyone's money without informing them of the total. When I voiced my concerns regarding the trucks cleanliness he showed agitation. When I arrived to return the rental. I had to get J's attention for assistance. I walked inside and stood waiting while J continued his side conversation instead of him showing the urgency and interest to check me out. People like this wants you to give your money as a customer while at the same time just take what they give you and don't speak up.

JISS Mneed better interpersonal skills!…Truck was filthy from previous drivers and the drop off location made me clean it up or I was gonna get charged a fee and I explained that the truck came dirty as ever but he didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all!
JALISSIA RRental process was great overall from beginning to completion. Excellent customer service. The local u-haul pickup location provided quick service. Truck was in great condition. We went through Moving Help.com to hire Luxury Lifters to load and unload our items. They also provided excellent service. I don’t remember the young men’s names, but they handled our items carefully and got the job done quickly without any damages. I want to say their names were Chris, Tarick or Terick and the young lady at the office, Che. Great company to work with if you want your items moved quickly. They were also respectful and kind. Overall satisfied with our move.

TANYA WI was upset that I was charged a $39 Fuel fee. I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas that was in the truck when I received it. The lady checked me out and said everything was fine. I'm very unhappy with this and will not use your service again.

NE'SHIA HThe wait time to get the keys was a little long. Also, I was charged additional fees after the car was checked in. The truck had the same amount of gas and same condition as when it was received. Unfortunately I won’t be back. This location definitely has hidden fees.
Raymond MThey charged me 10 gal of gas???? When they gave me the truck it had half a tank of gas and I only wasted like 2 gal so I was ok with paying what I used but they charged me $48.00? They’re stealing
Carlos CIt would have been helpful if they had the Furniture Pads (rental) that I ordered. They sent me to another location - and fortunately, I called prior to trying to pick them up (because they didn't have enough either). I had to call the National U-Haul number - and they sent me to a 3rd location - and they didn't know that these were rented either (they thought I was coming to purchase pads). It then took about 45 minutes to complete the transaction - while the nice guy (Saul) waited to get authorization.... It was a very frustrating start to my moving journey (plus - the truck only came with 1/4 of a tank of gas - which was much less than I anticipated).

PHILIP SI rent U-hauls very frequently for my business and this is by far my favorite location to rent from. The owner and his staff are both awesome to work with. They usually have what I need, even if I book at the last minute. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. There is also always ample parking to be able to leave my car that is close enough to transfer items between my car and the truck easily.

Carlis DThe location was fine. The U-Haul app was awful for early check-out. In fact, the U-Haul rep we communicated with told us to delete the app and go directly to the website. We wasted about 30 minutes and the difficult moving day was made more difficult.
Sara SMake sure the AC works in the summer months! Also I ordered a 20 ‘ which would have worked but I got 17’ in the bottom and an extra 3’ on the top of the cab. Very misleading. Had to leave stuff behind.

Carolina GWhen renting they force you to use a third part insurance for $15 they don’t ask you if you have your own insurance or not.
