I received the truck with 1/8th tank of gas.I filled tha tank fully, Ineeded to drive it an hour and a half each way. Returned with 3/4 tabk of gas. Had it for 36 hours and was charged nearly 300$ i also spent 75$ on gas. Will not be recommending to anyone

Worst service ever. This was a busy gas station that sold mostly cash gas Sales. The attendant wasn't going to give me a receipt so I had to go behind the register to get his attention. I knew when I drive up and there was only 1 uhaul vehicle on the entire property that this wasn't going to be fun. It took at least 20 minutes to get waited on. I would jerk their U haul license.

The 2 employees did not know what to do. The vehicle smelled and you could only go 45 to 50 because the vehicles alignment needs to be worked on. Then when returning the vehicle the 2nd employee would not give me info on how much i would be charged. I will never go to this gas station again or rent a uhaul

Pick up was at a Philips 66. There was only one attendant Unfortunately the attendant didn't know how to process and had to face time his boss. It took over 30 minutes

Put a bigger sign outside. There is no way to tell that they are a drop-off location other than the sticker on the door. It's a gas station. in a rather off-the-beaten-path area. But the person inside was helpful.

It was very convenient. A little confusing as e thought we’d have to do more to check it in….but I’d use them again
