COURTNEY CTell the customer that the interior cargo space has been reduced due to U-Haul storing blankets and a 2 wheeler. I didn't need that extra charge equipment and it took away from my cargo space.
GREGORY NWe rented a truck or move online a month ahead to time requesting after hours pick up. Upon picking up of the truck the after-hours was not able to as the U-Haul rental party did not do so. Movers at moving property ready to pack NO Truck. I had to send my husband to the home to delay our hired movers and go to another location to pick up another truck. Do not know why I respond as this is a reoxcuring issue with this U-Haul site.

OLNEY JAgent threatened to charge us for not folding the utility blankets that were left unfolded in the truck when we picked it up and was a bit gruff when we tried to explain the situation. I photographed the unfolded blankets in my pick up photo. I don’t see why i should be charged with folding them when I didn’t order them and they were in a heap in the truck when i picked it up.
Mindy HI had to change the schedule of visiting Location for the pick up and due to it being much further, it costed me about 1 hour more which put me in a very tough situation with the time arrangement following that including helpers loading and unloading...

LYNDA KThe check-out process took nearly an hour. Apparently, the truck assigned to me in the system was not the one prepared for me by the local staff. It was much too difficult to switch trucks in your system.
CHRISTOPHER M29.99 for the day and .89 cents a mile my ass, less than 60 miles shouldn’t turn into $125 bill. Plus the $30 in gas I had to put in it? Absolutely ridiculous.
NEAL PMST Kelly Kavicky is very unprofessional, aggressive and insolent and lock customer service, I had an issue after I hooked up my equipment and double check it twice, move just an aisle away and it pull out. I immediately panic and went to let her know in order to change my equipment but she insisted no with reason that there's no other equipment of such wish was a blatant lie cuz she didn't want , she seems to be an angry lady to work at such facility. Watch out for her guys!
BENJAMIN CI reserved a trailer online and chose to have NO insurance coverage. I saved this choice and have a copy of it. Upon arrival to the pick up site, the individual said she just needed to complete the transaction, asked me to scan my driver's license & initial two documents. I did. The individual did not ask if I wanted to add insurance coverage on the trail, however, upon receiving my final receipt by email, a daily charge was added for insurance. This is not right. Pretty shady.
SCOTT HThe truck was given to me with less than 1/4 tank gas. I was told at check out to bring back with same or more fuel than started. I drove 46 miles and put 7 gallons of fuel in truck only to get charged for $15 in gas and $30 less than minimum fuel fee even though I had more in it than when started. I returned to sight to discuss and was told if it was under 1/4 at start I should have mentioned at check out. I drove 3 miles from location and the low fuel light came on. I should NEVER been charged fuel or low level fee!!! 7 gallons for 46 miles (no hills,idle time or weight) but no one thinks that matters

MOHAN CI regularly rent Trailers and Trucks to move my staging items and have a storage space. I am a realtor and stage my listings. What REALLY upsets me is that every time I rent a trailer or truck, they tack on the safe tow....when I decline it in my reservation AND when I sign the contract. Constantly have to check my receipt and contact customer service. VERY FRUSTRATING. Please stop
LYNDA KLocation was closed on Sunday 9/29 when I dropped off trailer, and did not interact with anyone. This is why I marked no for personnel helpful.
Chad WThe truck I had reserved was not on property. I was charged more than quoted. Ended up having a lot of trouble with the vehicle. The man working at this location was nice, but the truck had terrible mechanical issues.

Genie SHelp at the Powell location was very professional, unlike the CSR, Kelly, at the Old Avery Road location. She gave away the trailer I had on reservation to someone else while I was standing there watching her. She also changed the location of my rental reservation from the Dublin location near my home to worthington, 25 minutes away. I am extremely upset about that and will recommend that my friends use a different rental facility

JAMES Bfound the fuel gage was not full when I picked up, I checked in on line and submitted picture indicating. When I brought it back it had a full tank but my bill was not adjusted.
MICHAEL AFirst no one was at the location upon arrival. Had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to come and give me the keys. When I picked up my truck it was less than a quarter of a tank full. I returned it with the same amount just below a quarter tank and was told it needed to be more than a quarter tank full. I said it wasn’t more and I returned it at the level i picked it up with. I was told to fill it up more so it’s above a quarter tank. You need to double check the amounts of prior customers because it was clearly below a quarter of a tank when picked it. Terrible customer service and terrible quality maintenance. Will never rent from that location again. Stay away.

Umair Jthe 24/7 pick up wasn't as easy as expected. When in the ap there is no place on the reservation or in the ap that we could see where to say hey I'm here and pick up the truck- the crew arrived on site and after about 30 minutes the guys were able to figure it out. But when we are told to go to the ap and the ap isn't of any help it creates confusion and frustration when it is suppose to be easy to pick it up. maybe better instructions or a short video to show the 24/7 pick up process would be helpful
