They didn't have what we ordered. The girl at the register had NO clue how to find my order or check me out. I was there for over 2 hrs to pick up a small trailer. They only had 2 trucks and a large trailer available.kim S.
The lady who rented the 12x6 trailer was very kind and pleasant bur had not been trained to do the computer work to lease the uhaul. In my email I noticed I noticed it said a 26ft truck. I called the main people in VA, with no call back from regional manager. I called the next morning and was told it was in the owner's hands and he was going to call me. He still hasn't. I called the store and the manager hung up on me saying he'd call back. In TN, a very kind man has received the trailer but needless to say, he has the hassle of contacting corporate due to incorrect paper work. Why does Uhaul continue to let these people lease and represent them? Hopefully you are reading reviews before you rent! Wish I had.Robin F.
When Uhaul truck was returned, truck had been filled to agreed upon 3/8 of a tank as per service contract. This receipt reflects an inaccurate amount of fuel and I'm extremely upset by this discrepancy and subsequent fuel charge. If anything, this seems like an unethical attempt to gain more money from the customer, which is a very concerning business practice. Two emails have been sent in regards to this issue, both stating delivery failure despite using the link provided in email receipt. Call was placed to location and was told that they were unable to help with the issue and I would have to call back to speak to someone else at a later date.Sarah W.

Attendant insisted the trailer I rented was not the trailer on the lot. Provided no solution. I rented a 6x12 dual axle and he insisted it was not a 6x12. Refused to look at my paperwork. Clearly did not know the product, but felt free to argue with me. Needed a light cable extension and had none to sell - I had to travel to an adjacent town to purchase one. Did not help with hitching the trailer. Nearly 1.5 hours late, despite arriving nearly 1/2 hr early.KennethD L.

I usually get some assistance when I hook up a trailer at other UHaul locations. None was given. Basically, the guy just said, "here's your trailer". The trailer was a size too large and I wasn't sure that my towing assembly could handle it. Fortunately, a 3rd party came by and assisted with some of the hook up details.ROBERTSCOTT C.
I was told the Uhaul system was down so the trailer could not be checked in. They said they would take care of it when the system came up. They never checked it in. As of now, I'm dealing with William Lewis and Kendra Williams because I was charged a $30 late fee. I actually dropped the trailer 14 hours before it was due. Unacceptable.DUANE P.
The lot had some trash on it - tires, concrete rubble, etc. When we called the phone number listed, which was numerous times, no one answered. We returned the equipment the day of rental but did not hear back about the return so had to call to confirm, two days later.Joseph R.
I went into the store to ask about my reservation. They told me that if I had a reservation I was good to go, just hook up and go. So I did. I got a call from UHaul several hours later basically accusing me of stealing the trailer. After 30+ mins we straightened all out, but it shouldn't have happened to start with.James S.
There is one person running the entire store plus the Uhaul rentals. They also did not know how to navigate the Uhaul interface to make it work. Also the Uhaul information was not correct on what they had. We also were not given the blankets that we ordered and paid for.Matt B.

He was yelling at my friend cause I did t drop it off but I couldn't. Bd charged me $80 for gas. I literally dropped it off at a gas station if I thought I needed gas I would have.Gabrielle B.

Make sure they put in the correct return time my debit card got charged twice I had the truck for a couple of hours and the receipt said I returned it the next day which is absolutely wrongJACKIE M.
