The representative was 40 minutes late for the pick up appointment and when I went to return the rented trailer there was no one there to receive it. The hours of operation that was posted on the door stipulated ..... hours of business from 9am to 5pm. I got there at 3:45 pm the three business was locked up tight and no one was around to receive the return. It took me about 1 hour of messing around on the internet to return the rented trailer. I was NOT PLEASED... it's my understanding that the propose of having agents is to ease the experience for the renter. In this case it made the experience very very unpleasant. Even though the rented trailer fulfilled my needs and was exactly what I needed, the customer service, on a scale from 1 (awful)to 10 (excellent), would be 0.5. But I guess if you get your money who cares about customer service?

The ability to book and return a rental online is great, but the app was frustrating in some ways to use. Namely in that it was at times unresponsive, or would seemingly disconnect from the server, prolonging the return process.

There was a big dog that growled and barked at me the whole time I was in the office, even when the young man locked it in the other room. If I ever rent from UHaul again, it would not be from this location and if I was told to return anything to this location, I would refuse.

Cory BThe manager does have a bigger dog in his office, who launches aggressively to every customers that walks in. The Dog is nervous, untrained and very hostile, walking up to clients growling. After my 3rd time going in, I asked the owner why he wouldn't keep his dog at least tied up, in order to prevent any incidents. His answer was: quote- "It's my dog, I do what I want."

Richard SOrdered a dolly and cart was told they did not have it and would have to go to the south end of lethbridge to get them . Computer paperwork took forever and would not accepted my postal code to completed the paper work they added a US area code . Not happy with the service at all Price with the dolly and cart is the same price l was charged for not getting one.
