Claude DEngine light was on(whether it be minor or not it should be dealt with). The passenger and cargo spaces were clean but there should be a no smoking policy in your vehicles as it stunk of cigarette smoke. The customer service rep was excellent.

william bHold uhaul locations accountable for the conditions of the vehicles as well as their hours of business. I’ve used the Parker Street location in Belleville, Ontario many times and they have been awesome! I’m extremely disappointed in the Campbellford and Norwood locations.

Pratik KThis is my third time renting from this location. I'm a Campbellford resident and find it so convenient, the staff have always been knowledgeable friendly, and helpful . I think this is a great thing to have in a small town and it brings me comfort to know that anytime I need a trailer there is one close by hassle free. This was a last minute decision to rent and on a Friday of a long weekend. One hour later I was hooked onto a trailer and ready to do what I had set out to do. Very last minute on my part, and would have understood if it weren't possible, but this was not the case. I would highly recommend this u haul location, and havein the past. Great work folks....In the words of the great Arnold Schwarzenegger.....I'll be back !!! Thanks Again. Larry Smith.

Richard GDelivering on your product. You caused my entire move to be delayed by one day because you did not deliver the trailer. Excuses caused by another party do not constitute a good reason even if you called me half an hour before pick up. This is at the core of your service and no-one seems to care about this. I was not impressed at all.
