I had requested a furniture dolly and there was not one on the truck. I picked up on a Saturday and the place was closed so I had no way to get one. It was a major inconvenience. As far as I can see, I am going to receive a credit for the dolly rental. A simple refund on the fee for the dolly just doesn’t seem to make it right for me. Luckily, I have friends with strong backs. I was super apologetic and took them for steak dinner afterward. A simple oversight on U-Haul‘s part a major inconvenience for us.

COREY CDunaway motorsports garage was awesome very friendly and helpful the uhaul app that he had to use wasn't working for him he had to call for help to get everything to work for me to be able to rent the trailer and my app wasn't working very well either I believe the uhaul apps need to be updated thanks again
