This location was 10 miles further than the one I had reserved originally. The area was not plowed. Snow everywhere. The truck was covered in snow and ice. My primary aggravation though is that I had to drive further out to pick up and return

This company is not great bc they want to over charge me for dropping off trucks allegedly in a wrong location yet they told me to dropped off at any UHALL store
LUAL DThe self checkout and in was a nightmare. The app didnt work. Had to call customer service both times. No fault of the pick up location or the drop off location.
