Try to have requested products in as many of your locations as possible. We had to travel over 30 miles from our home to pick up a trailer because the size we needed was not available in our town. However, Jake was friendly and accommodating at the Durant location.

Better explaining that mileage starts with pick up location, the destination, and ends at the dropoff location of the vehicle. It had me very confused once miles were totaled up starting with pick up location.

I needed a truck for several days for an in town move. Your site nor the phone number for u haul would let me do this.

My reservation was to pick up in Greenville, MS. That location was deferred to Rolling Fork, MS ( 45 miles each way out of route) When I arrived the man said he had rented my trailer that morning. I guess a reservation means nothing. I had movers waiting on me to arrive with a trailer. U-haul then deferred me to Durrant, MS. (60 more miles out of route) I had to pay the loaders for 3 hours to keep them from leaving. That was an evening from hell. I never had this kind of service from U-haul before. If you make a reservation and get some one to spend an hour and a half to pick it up, it should not have been rented. The Durrant location had no part in this fiasco. They had the trailer.
