Have the key in the box so customers can complete mobile pickup. I wasted 2 hours only to find out it wasn't setup for mobile pickup prior to closing.

Keys were not in lock box at time of pick up . Decided to use my neighbor's truck and trailer instead . Card was charged anyway for a truck I didn't rent

When I was reserving the trailer online I had to keep answering questions about what I was towing with. Then I get a message after reservation that the rental site would have to check my vehicle. I have and an FORD F150 with a heavy duty towing package once this info was entered into your system that should have been the end of it I am not someone with a little TOYOTA trying to tow a big trailer. Also I keep getting emails to bye hitches from UHAUL, this is also insulting as I am better equipped than anything you sale and this information is in your system.

Poorly lit parking lot. No indication of where to park. Extremely dated u haul fleet other than the truck I rented in Columbus. Unorganized. Called them in the morning to let them know it was there and they hadn't even noticed the 26 foot truck that had been dropped off the night before, but he was very nice.
