Two employees in the small room did not wear masks and when I entered wearing a mask, they encouraged me not to. They also said I could drop my Uhaul off at any location in Asheville. When I did drop it off and called Uhaul to let them know, they told me that was incorrect and they charged me for an extra day. (even though I dropped it off on time and the woman on the phone, helping me with my return said it was not my fault)

Your pre-registration is a joke. When I have to enter so much info once I get there. There should be more warnings about how long the pick up process will take.

The truck was fine. The process is awful. It asks the renter to go through several steps - some involve taking and uploading pictures. If something goes wrong, it forgets everything and you have to start again. On pickup it happened twice - right at the end. On return it happened again. Each time with a different error reported. In the rain, both times. Took 23 minutes to pick-up and 20 to return. This was very frustrating and has left a bad taste.

My 15 truck was not there and was never warned it would not be there. Customer service said it was in Washington DC. I needed a 15 truck and could move all my long items last night. It took 20 minutes to talk to customer service. This is the second time this happened this week with U-Haul. I respectively request a refund. Call me at 919-600-9061 to discuss. Thank you

Add a drop box to the location. I dropped the keys in the mail slot because there wasn't a secure drop box on site I could find per the instructions.

They confirmed my truck at one location! The day of, I was advise the truck wasn't available! So they sent me to another location a couple mileages away! I received the truck with muddy floor boards! Once I returned the truck back and tired to report dirty trucks inside, they charged me a $25 cleaning fee!

The person who checked me in seem to be having a rough day. She didn't want to give me a final receipt or inspect the truck while I was there. She also insisted I already had a receipt via e-mail. She did make me a copy of the paperwork I had in the truck although she said it was unnecessary. When I did get an e-mail receipt later in the day it was for $0.00. I'm glad I made sure to get a copy of the paperwork.

My experience renting a truck from Dutchman Creek was excellent. The transaction process was very easy and fast.

Check the truck over. The 12 volt receptacles were inoperative, and my phone died when I was taking the truck to the drop off location. I stopped and purchased a new phone cable, thinking that was the problem. No, it was the outlets. So I drove around for an hour trying to find the place, and when i finally did, it was closed. Other than the final frustration, it was a good experience.

Your mobile app for early customer pickup being 3 month in usage needs to shake out the bugs, it does not work. I tried using it and check that location services were on and it replied that my reservation had expired. I was informed to call an 800 # on the app for help and after 25 minutes of waiting on hold my patience wore and I hung up. The rental location did not open till 10am on Saturday 4-13-19, I was trying to get the truck thru this mobile app at 7am for early customer pickup. Was planning on making two trips that day, but because of a three hour delay could only make one. Have to now rent another truck next week and finish our move. Guarantee it won't we won't be renting from Uhaul ever again!!! What a disappointing company with terrible customer service.

The inside of the truck smelled like a sweat sock after gym class. The truck was also VERY bouncy going over even small bumps in the road. Other than that, all good.

I've rented many trucks, including U-haul trucks over the years and this was by far my best experience ever. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I was charged $8.00 wrongfully. They said that I did not fill up to 7/8 of a tank of gas but I am positive I put even more than that. Upon arrival the man behind the counter snatched the papers from my hand and showed me away because there was a line.

The 24/7 service did not send me the code to the uhual and I had to wait 2 hours for the uhual to open. It messed up my schedule and made me miss my children softball practice. I would like u haul to contact because I think I deserve a discount.

The location was good but my experience with UHAUL was terrible. If it wasn't for the maintenance man at the pickup location opening the uhaul truck for me after hours (thank you Charlie), I would not have been able to use the truck on my move-in day. I waited over an hour after my pickup time for a response online from the uhaul rep who was "reviewing" my ID and information to give me the code to let me into the truck. After multiple failed attempts to contact UHAUL by phone, and locked out of the truck while I had movers waiting on me, I finally got in touch with the location's maintenance man who let me into the truck. UHAUL STILL has not contacted me back. Will never use UHAUL again for moving.
