this was a local move and the woman spoke to someone else in Spanish about my use of the truck who proceeded to tell me that there would be a mileage charge of $.89 per mile and i told this woman that it was a local move and according to YOUR website mikes aren’t charged for local work. based on this i doubt that i will rent from your company again and i will tell everyone that asks me about my experience with this uhaul store in Nogales, Az. FYI: i have rented numerous vehicles from your company since the first of the year and this is the worst experience i have had with your representative.

Too small of a spot for maneuvering truck and dolly. Had to take out on busy tight street. Was problematic. Got it done but took me a while. Attendant was useless for any type of help.

The young lady at the counter did an excellent job with customer service. She even helped me to hook up the trailer. (I’m a senior). You REALLY need to have someone there who will hook up and unhook trailers. Neither she nor I should be expected to do that, I will certainly warn my friends about that when I recommend the location to them. This will be a big minus in deferrals.

When I booked my uhaul I was told another location much closer to me had my requested size of truck. I was forced to drive an hour away even though when I booked I was told I would only have to go 10ish minutes. I want to be aware of my REAL options well beforehand not two days before my big move. Stressful.

U-Haul customer for 50 yrs+ never had worst experience than yesterday. Actually got physically threatened for requesting my receipt after patiently waiting more than 30 min while watching confused attendants struggle to print. Truly unstable attendant needs help...
