Check tire pressures before renting. The low tire pressure light cam on when I started the engine. The person I spoke with was pleasant and efficient.

The people I dealt with in this location were great. I wish I wasn't charged for a whole 3rd day when the trailer was returned only 9 hours after the 10:30am return time on Monday.

Upon returning the U-Haul… the sign said open but door was locked so I called the number given on the door and the lady told me too put the keys in the drop box… I stated I had a cash deposit and she said I would get a check mailed to me and when renting it the lady told me that upon drop off when they say something about the deposit that I just needed to tell them I wanted it back in cash since that was how I gave it and they would be able to select cash when giving back my deposit but I didn’t even get the chance to tell them because no one was there and I was told I would get a check… well I called her back and asked her to come to the office and talk to me about it and after her getting mad she shows up and storms to the truck looking at it then very rudely asks for the key and I give it to her and she went back to the truck and said they were closed that day and I said the sign says they were open… yes I did go over my mileage but if she wasn’t going to be at the office yesterday then I would have gotten charged for the U-Haul another day because they would not have known about me returning it… and I still have not got to talk about my deposit back and the lady was very wrong for how she treated me… she said she was a manager but you ain’t supposed to act how she did if she a manager and her name was Cheyenne… her husband / cop( she brought him with her and stated he was a cop) said we did not need to know her last name… I think something needs to be done

Due to an ice storm our trip was delayed and we were told that we would have an extension till Monday. Now they are charging us for 7 days even tho ice was down for 6 of those days. Also they charged us for a utility dolly and failed to provide it. Then the owners were nearly an hour late to open the store for us to get our truck. Would never recommend this location or uhaul to anyone! Go to penske.

I booked my trailer rental around 11 pm. Friday night before my scheduled pick up. Even with my rental being such short notice, the employees were very friendly and had my trailer was ready for when I got there at 8:15am, Saturday morning. Awesome service.

Much more clear and detailed instructions about how - and WHERE, specifically - to retrieve the truck key would be very useful. There was another person picking up his rental at the same time who kindly showed me where to locate the key, otherwise I would have not found it. The technician on the phone, while kind and patient and helpful, was from a different location all the way in Little Rock (because this location was closed and had no one available even by phone), kept directing me to the lock box per the directions, but the key is locked in the cargo area of the truck and you use the combination to access it. Really great way to give access, but the directions need to be clear and reflect the specific location and instructions for access. The key situation and the frustration at the lack of someone on-site to speak with aside, the truck was clean and in serviceable condition. It got us to our destination safely and reliably.

U-haul had a spit bottle in it when I got in. I picked up at 2:13 turned and dropped off around 6:20 and I left slight more gas in it than when I got it. I don’t appreciate the $20 after hours drop off fee considering I paid for a 6 hour rental and they closed at 4pm.

Needs improved signage on the highway. Its next to a crowded flea market type place and is pretty difficult to spot.

When attempting to use your app after bringing a truck back after hours your app did not work. It kept kicking me out telling me I had tried too many times after the first time trying. I never could get your app to work. You might want to check that. Thanks.

We were plagued by an incompetent and untrained employee that didn’t connect the trailer to the hitch properly, When moving inside the lot, the trailer popped off the ball due to not being locked properly. My son in laws hitch receiver received some scratches. When he immediately went in to advise what happened the employee didn’t even care. It was a “near miss” and could have been dangerous and deadly if it didn’t happen on their lot and being reported as promptly as it was!!

I communicated with the woman all morning and she lied and reported the gasoline but it was returned to another lot
