There is no sign posted to show me that this location (auto shop) is the place that I can pick up the rental truck. I drove passed it a few times then I called the location. Later on I realized that the truck was parked on the is of the street further down the road. Anyway, it was a hot afternoon and I was standing there at the location for the whole process. I was standing there for a while until one of the worker offered the help. Anyway, the owner or manager or whoever in charge came to me with his cell phone and asked to see my driver license and said to me that when I return that I should put the key in the drop box. Then he sent one of the customer or his friend to go get the truck that was parked on the street. I was waiting for a while standing in the sun the whole time. The truck came and the guy gave me the key and that was it!! no one walk around the truck to check any damage with me. I had to do it myself and left. I was very disappointed and will never come back to this location again.Panudda L.

$20 extra for going over 3 miles is terrible. My preferred pick up location had one address and pick up was a different address. So that was confusing. Then they had me just waiting there.Christina F.

When you make a reservation through the online site.. when somebody chooses a location, and it doesn't have available equipment, then only show pick up locations where equipment is available. This was not my desired pick up location. It was changed 2 days prior to pick up.. Not only was it very inconvenient, It was a dump and if I had known, wouldn't have done business there.Steve D.

I returned the truck in great working order with a full tank of gas (over what I took the truck out with) and the guy there gave me such a hard time about a little bit of dust on the floorboards. Not mud or dirt, but dust. I spent over 1000 bucks on the rental and treated this truck with kid gloves and instead of a thank you and â€œPlease come again â€œ the guy gives me a hard time about dust. Totally ridiculous and terrible business if you want to return order.Thomas D.

Please contact me..First I ordered 15ft truck at place on saticoy..they said they will contact me if the truck was available at other location..so I took a uber to saticoy on day of pick up..they did not have my truck or contact to let me know before ..the manger said it isn't his fault it was regional office who didn't do there job...he said contact them with bad attitude..like I did sumthing wrong..so I did with help of bearded employee.that was great with me and my family..1st bad..then regional office says we gonna give you a 30 dollar credit for there mess up,I said can I pay cash when i deliver she says yeah you got 24 hrs to deliver truck then you can pay..2nd bad the lebec office was closed so i couldn't pay cash..and my bank card got over drawn..omg....then I get charged 55 dollars for a quarter tank of gas it was missing.....U Haul....I tried and my wife tried to call for sum piece of mi e to let you guys know how you treating your customers and all the the lady told my wife is you signed the contract it was our fault....this was a horrible experience from uhaul co.pany ..regional office and your 800 #..SINCERELY DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER..ELIAS VELAElias V.
