I returned the trailer on a Saturday and they were closed. That said it was easy to drop off, take pictures, fill out return info on website and close out my rental. Easy!

MELINDA DEvery piece has damage because packers did a terrible job. They used 4 blankets total out of 3 bags. TWO BAGS OF PADS UNOPENED! Everything is Scratched Rubbed Gouged Broken Now I have to bother with an insurance claim for damages

The website for returning the truck and car hauler did not give any indication that the information went through and I was redirected to the start of the process three times. I have not received any confirmation of my drop off and am not sure if U-Haul has credited me for the return.

Tanya PMake sure trailer running lights work- we have rented 3 trailers from you to date have ran mainly during the day but needed to run nights this last trip and could not do so - all brake lights emergency flashers and turn signals work but drop off location says running lights should be working and tried to charge us- we will not pay extra fees if person hooking up trailer is not making sure lights are in correct working condition
