We had reserved a unit months ago and were told on the day we were to pick up the unit was not there and we would have to drive and hour and 15 mins to pick up a similar unit. Extremely frustrating!
Scott NThe process for checking out the vehicle online in browser was a little clunky the page kept having to reload and sometimes it would clear out the information that I had already entered, when taking the pictures the way that the page utilize the camera cause the image to be compressed and I could not fit the whole vehicle side in the overlay frame that the camera interface provided. If there was a way to take a picture and upload it that would be more straightforward. Especially as many phones now have ultra wide lenses and you could capture more detail. When I tried to return the vehicle initially I was part way through filling out the information on the page when coming back from the camera for from adding a image of the vehicle it reloaded and some other issue occurred which caused all of the information to go away I could not resume and the entire return process did not even show up in my history and I had to call customer service

Grayson WMake sure the equipment is cleaned and properly maintained. We had a continual light for tire maintenance and light stayed on for the alternator. I am a 66 year old woman and I was transporting my 89-year-old mother over 1300 miles and had to deal with all of these problems.
