Lawrenceburg Tennessee. Do NOT use prolube facility for your pickup. Rude and misleading AND outlandish pricing. A call to Laurie in Killen gave us such a better price and helped us get hooked up to my vehicle. Prolube set us up and was going to have to drive to Columbia (40 miles) for “their” reservation. Got switched.
All fine with Killen BAD prolube business model. They should be removed from U-Haul s and not associated to U-Haul

I only rented a car transporter and the rear back tire blew out. I had to wait 45 minutes for the new tire to be installed.. Overall it was just about an hour of inconvenience but everything else was fine..

No person there. I used the app to turn in the truck, but the app kept freezing and, when I went to take the final.picture of the front of the truck, shut down. It took longer than expected to complete the return because I kept having to start over.

Dealer was perfect. HOWEVER, I listed my brother as a driver and Uhaul flagged me and would not allow me to proceed with my rental! I lost valuable time as I was on hold for 45 minutes!!!! I ended up having to pay my brother's past due balance of almost $200 because Uhaul would not allow me to proceed with my rental. This should not have been allowed. I have a good rental history with Uhaul and should have not had to deal with this delay. Uhaul should be investigated for this.

The door was very hard to close. The tires was really low on air @25 lbs. The seal on door was coming off. I had no choice but to get it as I was in a time crunch. Not a good experience at all..

The original truck issue had bad tires. Renal company was quick to switch trucks for us. Great service there
Problems were horrific with check in at drop off location. Continued stress for days and days later!!!
I recommend if persons have any other options try to avoid Uhaul and their poorly designed “honor system”. Just horrible!!!
