If there was lower than poor, I would rate the guy agent at that shop. This guy is not only unprofessional, he is condescending. He had me questioning if this was uhaul. He racked up charges for me that when I asked him to explain he couldn't. He simply said uhaul does it all. So I decided to call, while I was on the phone with a Uhaul agent seeking clarity, he quickly put in a ticket and escalated and when the agent asked if I had spoken to anyone about the same issue before I said no, and then I asked him, he denied it, and then I put the phone on speaker so the agent could ask him, it was then he grudgingly said he added a comment but it was a lie, he opened a dispute. Again when I asked for the dispute number, he couldn't provide it.... I don't recommend this location, save yourself the stress.

Rude on the phone when I was asking about charges. Said he would call back three times. Never did. I was charged 3 times n over charged

I noted this on the return inspection, the tire pressure light was on from the beginning. Although all tires looked fine. But maybe make sure dash board lights are clear.

The U-Haul truck had many issues with the battery and brakes should not have been rented very poorly taken care of
