No local contact for rental. Had to call customer service line multiple times. Wrong lock on key box, which led to yet another phone call to figure out the combination since it wasn't the one listed. Did not receive the dolly I paid for. Was an hour late getting to actually moving due to this frustrating experience. I'm generally not one to complain but dang, I was grumpy.

Cab of truck was dirty, truck was damaged at pickup without updated pictures, and rented dolly was nowhere to be seen!
