This was not a good drop off location. Luckily someone came to open the gate and take the car but it was not easy to access and there was nobody on-site when we arrived. Would not ever drop off to this location again.
Katie DI was directed to Chealis washington for a pick up on monday. My apointment was for 7 am. On sunday afternoon I was contacted and told that I could pick up my trailer at Foster creek. I got there at 0700 and it was closed. Called and got hold of a man who said that he was told the pickup was at 1000 am. He came and opened up and I got my trailer at 0815 am. Now I am late for my 0900 am appointment in Tacoma. Cost me an extra $60 because of that. Uhaul is not dependable.

JACK KExcellent U-Haul experience and the owner was extremely nice. The truck itself was immaculately clean. This was an excellent nice and easy, friendly U-Haul truck rental experience as we have rented many U-Haul’s in the past. It was a little different because we weren’t quite sure where to go once we got there. It may be good to let others know to call when they get there as it was a little bit confusing where the office was but not a bother at all. We called and the operator came out immediately.We wish more companies were a little bit more down to earth like this. It was a nice friendly experience. We WILL be using this U-Haul location for future projects and will recommend this U-Haul location to our friends and family.
