First when I made the reservation online it said I would receive a telephone call by 5 PM the previous day to confirm my rental and any extras I had asked for. I did not receive any call. I do not know if the pickup location is responsible for this or Uhaul corporate. I had asked for an appliance dolly and moving blankets for my truck rental. Neither were in the truck when I went to pick it up. The location was closed on the weekends and there was no answer to telephone numbers posted online and at the location. I wound up driving to an open location in Mobile which was very helpful and gave me the dolly and blankets I had reserved. I then returned and checked out the truck online.

This was a very good location !
WENDELL WThe tandem axle 6 x 12 enclosed trailer was really great for transporting my furniture. It followed really good behind my truck with and without a load. Although, I highly suggest a manual crank jack on stand or heavy duty wheel as the trailer tongue and hitch are too heavy to handle by myself.
