I advised when reserving the truck I wanted to pick up the truck at the Huebner location in San Antonio then drop the truck in Boerne. I advised the dealer the same. He told me to call the dispatch number when I was ready to drop it off to tell me where I should take it in Boerne. I called the dispatch number and was transferred 6 times and each time they said I would have a large drop off fee. Finally I spoke with the nicest gentleman in SanAntonio who was terrific! He changed my reservation to drop off in Boerne. It was quick and easy and flowed as I had hoped. Other than the frustration in having to explain what I wanted to 5 different dispatch people who were all aggravating because of their answers everything went very smoothly. I will use U-Haul again.

I paid for 2 days and I returned the vehicle before 24 hours and they still charged me as if it was a whole 48 hours. I went less then 100 miles and they said I went more then 100. I had taken pictures to prove this but ofc it doesn’t matter and is all a scam.

JESIKA AThe service was great. However, the driver's door was "sprung" and the wind/road noise was totally unacceptable or a 6 hour drive. The equipment was returned within 24 hours and I was charged for two time periods. Willingly paid, just confused.
