They knew I was stressed out and yet they remained kind. I did not deal with the management rather the staff and woman of whom I did not get a name however, she allowed us to do what needed to be done and we knew it was going to take time for Arizona corporate Road side to assist us in an accident and allowed us to park and lock the injured U haul along with the trailer via Tow Team and freely provided a lock. They allowed the movers to come on property and use the parking lot of which is not a large one to back one U haul up to another clearly blocking certain accesses just sop we could transfer our belongings quickly. The movers were Awesome,fast, diligent,and strong men. I was more than happy to bring water and electrolytes and they came on a Sunday which is impressive and drove 45 minutes just to help us. They made our moving skills look bad lols!!!I thought U haul was just kidding when they said it would only take 2 hours lmboff. Thank you to all locations and the San JaCinto location for getting a new trailer but Arizona had called and found one 3 minutes down the road. So I thank San Jacinto for their effots also,

Marsha LBusiness hours indicate open at 10 but never opened. We were supposed to have an appliance dolly but it was not in the truck and because the business never opened, we never got it. We wasted several hours driving and expended unnecessarily gas driving for no reason. Not happy because it put us behind on the move.

Ruth LImprove the truck share app. Or the whole thing. Wasted a trip to pick up a truck after hours and was unable to get it. Called truck share number and had to wait an hour. Gave up. When I called the next morning was told by a representative that sometimes they don’t get the orders to prep truck so that’s why I couldn’t get it. Total bullshit with U-Haul! Waste of time. (Pick up site had nothing to do with this. All U-Haul.)
