I plan on using this location again for my next rental, even though it's not the closest U-Haul rental site for me. I'll gladly driver a little further for the customer service experience.
GONZALO RI have filed an incident report. My car was hooked up wrong and could’ve caused severe damage to my car or someone else. As i was driving the truck was jerking back and forth due to this

Somaia RWas suppose to meet someone to get truck but no one showed up. Hours of operation were 8-2 Saturday. No one ever showed up. Finally called CSR and guided us on how to get truck. Dropped truck off at Uhaul in Fort Worth. Come to find out I get charged $350 for towing the truck to original Uhaul rented from. Was advised of this till final bill cane thru. There cigarette buts inside truck, so truck stunk of cigarette smoke. We not ever rent from Uhaul again. Worst experience ever.

Michael CThe truck was clean and in good running order. However, it needed new wiper blades.
ROGER WInside of the the truck was dirty from previous rental. The parking was a little difficult to negotiate. Also, a weld on the utility dolly broke while moving boxes.
