I rented an auto transport to move a car that has 12 inch wheels. The straps on the trailer would not cinch down enough to make it usable for my application. In other words, the car was loose and not safe to use. Due to the business being closed and an hour away from me, I had to go to a hardware store, cut wood improvise to make the trailer work for my application. Disappointed that the straps on this trailer are different than all the other ones I have ever Rented. Plus time lost and cost of lumber, having to cut etc.

ERIC GThe owner did not have a furniture dolly. They do not ever have funiture dollies. I was not notified of this. This left me in a bind. Also, the return process is laborious and a pain. In the future, I may consider another rental company. This is no fault of the owner. It is the system U-haul set up.
