Place was closed and shouldn't have been recommended. Also the drop off was changed during reservation. The mileage allowance was changed and barely enough to get to destination. Having to worry about mileage during stops and getting off the highway was not a pleasant experience. The fuel at pickup was not what the app showed at drop off. These things are important and Uhaul failed again. I found out a location was open in Moscow ID which is not far from pullman wa but due to mileage allowance restriction It was not optimal. Hearing similar experience from Uhall staffers from other customers was not conforting
MOHAMED EThe helper was great and helped with reporting the issues I had.
Janni BThe young man who checked me out was wonderful!
JADE CDropped off after hours never talked to anyone. Left a message that I dropped it off and asked them to call me in the morning when they open to confirm drop off. No one called or texted. So as of now I would say not very good customer service.
Lorena LThis is a new location, only open for 10 days when we picked up. Check out was slow due to the computer software system. Eric went above and beyond to help us when we had equipment issues. Despite the slow check out (which will likely smooth out in short time) our experience was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the resident dog was a nice bonus!
DANIELLE LTell them that the roadside assistance is a scam and that the telephone service sucks. Tell them that they are on their own and that it was a mistake to use U-Haul. The people at E&S were wonderful. I'm sorry they have to shill for such a scumy company.
ANTHONY RIt was truly a miracle from above that I came across this location. I was praying to get my 25 year old out of Pullman after graduation. I woke up at 4am and was immediately impressed to hit the U-Hall "app" -- and I did. If I had not-- who knows where I would be. -- thanks guys.
