jessica dExcellent customer service on both ends of our move. Movers were efficient, we had wrapped some of the very important pieces but they handled everything with care. They packed in every nook and cranny which enabled everything to fit and all was very secure with no shuffling in the truck!!!!! We also were accomidated early (after hours) drop off at Unbounded on 287N in Haslet, Tx! Such a smooth experience. Highly recommended Debbie and her crew at Little Creek in Early, Tx.

JENNIFER PThis was my first time hauling a trailer. The tech that hooked up the trailer was very nice and helpful but didn’t advise me to turn the device over that held the ball that would have made the 1300 mile trip an easier tow. Not to mention 2 tires were bald and water leaked from the top of the trailer ruining some of the boxes because it did rain.
jodie bThis location was the wrong location. I drove 7 miles outside of town to this location and there was no one available there, nor was my trailer there. I had to call a number several times to get a hold of the manager, who told me the listed location was wrong and that I needed to drive 7 miles back to town to a different address, which took me a bit to find. Put me almost an hour behind altogether.
Conner FI dropped off the truck when the location was closed. It was easy and I just followed the instructions from the website. I wasn’t sure where to park the vehicle. Having signs to direct customers would be very helpful! Especially if dropping off after hours.

Gary NThis vehicle needs a lot of work in regard to drivability. Definitely has an alignment issue. Most of the stuff on the inside (ie lighter, AC,) doesn’t work. Really, this truck should not be rented again.

Frank SLocation gave my ex my info about where i was going. They did not as for his ID or anything just gave it to him. Also 2 tires were flat on the uhaul, after I asked them if i could come exchange it they told me no.
Angelica AThe truck that I received was not really set up for comfort on long drives. The seat was not very comfortable there was no cruise control there was no armrest on the drivers chair. If your competition has better trucks I will be going with them next time.
