Erik NThis location needs better signage. It shares a parking lot with a wedding venue and when I returned the truck there was a packed parking lot and it was very confusing where I should put the U-Haul.

MILDRED HExplain the cost more upfront. Meaning the rate was 19.95, I use the van for three hours, put roughly 30 miles, returned it with more fuel than I left. It cost me $75.00, far cry from, $19.95. They Don tell you that it will be $1.49 per mile.

Henry MAs a first time user, there was not a clear explanation on fuel usage. I drove less than 25 miles but was charged for 3 gallons of gas. No directions for vehicle location. No dolly available for use. Also for storage as well.
Mitchell VLocation has no signage. Woman in office was extremely rude. Only person in the office yet was "too. Busy" to even get off her chair to greet you. Overall this experience will make me consider renting elsewhere in the future. If she were my employee she'd be fired. Order number 21033367

THERE WAS CIGARETTE ASHES IN THE DOOR BY DRIVERS SIDE; THERE WAS DEAD BUGS ON INSIDE OF DOOR, MELTED CANDY (SEVERAL PIECES) & IT WAS DIRTY AS HECK INSIDE!!! I DIDN'T HAVE ACCESS TO VACUUM CLEANER, SO I HAD TO CLEAN IT UP BY HAND!!! I GOT A FULL TRASH BAG FULL OF DIRTY STUFF OUT OF THIS UHAUL!!! WITH THIS COVID-19, I WOULD THINK THAT UHAUL COULD DO BETTER THAN THIS!!! I CLEANED & DISINFECTED THE UHAUL MYSELF! AND IT SMELLED LIKE SMOKE!!! WE DON'T SMOKE...SO I HAD A VERY HARD TIME GETTING SMOKE OUT OF THIS DARN UHAUL!!! WE R VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS RENTAL LOCATION!!! Janice DA woman at uhaul bitched me out over the phone after i got fucked over by my new landlord and was moving all my stuff into a storage unit. I was comfortable paying the fee for the extra day but I did not need this bitch trynna act like my mom screaming and crying over the phone bc i couldnt bring the uhaul back at exactly 12pm, childish ass mf could have just politely told me im gonna pay for an extra day but ended the call in an immature “thanks for not being helpful at all” like its my fault you dont have enough trucks for people it shouldnt be my responsibility or worry

Paul DThe location is friendly, clean and safe, Mike the rental administrator was very professional and with good humor. BUT, BUT the 15' truck I rented for 4 hours/30 mile task had too much leeway in the steering wheel. I was on the highway for 15 of those 30 miles and did not feel safe in the truck. I informed Mike of my concerns. Truck needs to be inspected.

Had to drive 25 minutes to this location - not the pick up location I had reserved. Truck was dirty, bugs all over windshield and back of 15’ not swept out

Porcshia MWhen customers call to reserve a truck they should be notified that U-Haul does not accept cash they must have a credit or debit card with enough money on it to cover the charges. I was not told that information when I called to reserve the truck. If my driver did not use his card I would have been in deep trouble. Thank you. John Mitchell.
