Resident here for 6 years until the staff had to whip out there little pricks and kick me out for no reason. Yeah im talking to you Michelle Obama. Very poor management and incompetent staff

Contrary to Florida law which allows for a minimum of 15 days notice, we were threatened with a fee of $250 plus $50 per day for each day, we stayed there Past the deadline. we moved to another location at a large expense because we were not given the option of staying there.
John H | Overall ExperienceFacility decided to move my storage location even though as a long time customer no consideration was given related to allowing my choice or feedback for the new location which I found unacceptable compared to the space assigned with the original agreement. The relocation timeline was also very short notice requiring me to adjust a very full schedule to accommodate the relocation date.

John H | Overall ExperienceI did not even get a chance to store my camper because it was stolen two days after I rented it so never went to facility. And I called and told them that. I also asked about a refund since I never even got to use it. I was told I would have to speak to UHaul and I did they said that this company was an affiliate so they would have to issue me a refund. So three days and I called on Thursday and on Friday. There is no policy against refunds on the agreement. I checked
