I originally had a truck reserved at Kirklands, huntsville Hwy, Fayetteville, TN. Pick up was 8:00. Store door hours posted in two places showed them opening at 8. Worker never showed. At 9:33 a.m. store worker called me to say she was open and I could pick up UHaul. This is unacceptable. UHaul made me an hour and half late. I would like ALL of my money back.
SUBRINA W1st your app is worthless we were 3 hrs late getting started and lost valuable manpower help from other people due to getting started so late. Your tech support people are worthless also because in the end we had to figure it out ourselves! Continued pop up charges weeks after the rental too!! We will never recommend nor use UHaul ever again! I tried to send a concern but this stupid app kept saying I was required to attach a document.....all this app does is send you in circles and cost a lot more than initially quoted....its absolutely highway robbery!

Melissa MI was told if the truck was returned with a full tank of gas there would be no mileage fee I returned as told was charged a mileage fee...After all the additional charges a 30-40 dollar rental was over $100 for less than a 50 mile trip.

Patricia WI am an older guy. The equipment did not have a jack for the hitch end and was too heavy for me to lift to get on the the ball of my truck. Jimmy at the rental area helped get it on my truck. I brought it back after hours, so I had to use my car jack to get it off the ball.

PHIL RMy rating was low because it is a small whole in the wall beside the road. The BEST thing about them was the service and it had the truck I needed when I needed it. I originally booked here in town and was rescheduled twice before I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to pick it up.

Jeremy BThe person I'll talk to did not know how to communicate very well. He told me that I would have to pay a dollar fee and then it would be $44. He never once said or mention that a deposit would have to be in order. And then on top of that I got charged extra. I will not go to the same person again. And gave us a trailer that was. Add a broken wire to it. I had to actually make sure I take pictures. So i'm not sure that I wouldn't get charged for it.

leonard pThe manager was helpful and professional. The only complaint my husband has is the gas and brake were so close together it could be a safety hazard for one with wide feet like he has. Other than that it met all our expectations!

Harold CI’m not sure how much you can do with the improvement seeing how everything was clean and ready to go. Everything was self-explanatory it took myself a minute just to figure things out cause I’ve never had to read a U-Haul, but it was not complicated at all. I would, if needed rent a U-Haul myself, and would let friends associate know my experience, which is great.
